Handle the financial aspects of MISA (i.e membership dues and donations)​

Maintain the records for each member based on what due amount they paid

Coordinate with officers on any MISA initiatives that require funding. All officers propose any monetary engagements to the Treasurer for approval.

Manage and upkeep the MISA bank account information

Responsibilities ​​

Attend BPR meetings on Kent's main campus​

Facilitate communication between MISA and BPR and promote unity within college of business organizations.

Take notes at meetings and promote BPR events, and other college of business events, to MISA

Forward emails to other officers when the BPR president or Dean Sinclair requests that you do

If you are asked to communicate something to all members of your organization, either send it to those in charge of the list serve, or announce it at a meeting

Responsibilities

Ensure that each MISA meeting has a directed objective or guest speaker.

Handle MISA speaker scheduling. This includes all email correspondence with the speaker, and updating the MISA speaker schedule in a timely manner.

Act as the communication gatekeeper to the MISA organization. Ensure that all necessary matters involving MISA speaker scheduling are brought to the attention of the President and Vice President as soon as possible.
